Ingridients :
500 grams of white rice (cooked by rice cooker,)
2 eggs
6 pieces of small shrimp that have been peeled
1 piece of squid are being discarded ink, bones, and the husk and cut round
2 piece red chili, chomp.
1 leek which cut round
1 chicken block (seasoning)
2 tablespoons cooking oil
1 tsp margarine
2 tablespoons sweet soya sauce
some salt, pepper and sugar for seasoning
How to Cook
Heat the oil that has been mixed with margarine and enter shrimp and squid, cook until the color changed then add the eggs, then onions and chilly, cook until done.
Once the cooking is quite cooked, add white rice and chicken block seasoning fried rice, also sweet soya sauce, stir until well mixed dishes and lift it up. Don't forget to add a bit of salt, pepper and sugar.
Once fried rice cooked, you can serve it on a serving plate and added with other complementary ingredients to taste like chili sauce, pickles, crackers, fried onions, and others.
